Supra ventricular Tachycardia, yep I have that.
I went to be a sub on Kristi's softball team, okay it might be Danny's team but I am saying Kristi. I have never played softball so it was kind of entertaining, but I had a blast. We where about to go home I bent down to buckle Carter in and when I stood up out of no where my heart started pounding like crazy. I sat down and tried to breathe calmly. My heart was beating so fast and hard I was terrified. I was trying to figure out what to do. I drove to my uncle's house, he was able to help my calm my heart and give me a name for this problem. This has happened to me before. I started playing soccer Junior year it happened to me twice I ended up passing out both times. The coach said I couldn't play anymore until I went and got checked out. They gave me an inhaler, some pills, and told me to eat a snack before practice. I don't think they had a clue what was wrong. I have come up with a theory for why it happens. I played soccer senior year and never had a problem. I think that junior year I was just so nervous and excited because I had never played before. That is what happened Thursday night I was so excited and nervous because I have never played softball before. I am just grateful that I didn't pass out this time that is scary and embarrassing. I think what scared me the most is that my heart has never beat that fast in my life. Anyway it isn't life threatening and there are some easy tricks to try to regulate your heartbeat. I am going to have to practice catching since I will be playing Thursday. I am pretty excited so I should probably knock that off :)
